They are sitting in a shipping warehouse. LG has been no help to resolve this. They took my money and have not delivered my order. . Deceitful and no customer service. And I ordered off LG veterans partner store. Thank you

Replacement LG washer

This is a replacement purchase of our previous LG front loading washing machine. Our previous one only lasted 3 and a half years. The drum froze and sealed inside the plastic casing and its not like we have a huge family to clean up after. The last two years was just my wife and I. I always made sure to flush the tub and run the tub clean every six months. Sucks that we had to purchase a new one. Our LG dryer has been totally fine. Will wait to see how this one goes.

Strong smell

I bought the washer about a month ago. It has worked great. The only negative issue has been the strong machine-like odor the washer has emitted in the laundry room. The smell is not in the washer drum. It is about gone now but it has been a month.

BAD washer and dryer

Product is a piece of GARBAGE DO NOT waste your money and opt for a simpler version without all the stupid sensors it will do a much better job. The washer doesnt even use enough water to fully wet the clothing so you know its not clean even with small loads. And forget about DRYING small loads because the sensor will auto shot off every 30 seconds because its a small load. But just because its a small loadit doesnt mean the dryer can magically dry any piece of clothing in 30 seconds I stood in front of my dryer today for 35 minutes restarting it over and over to dry some socks and the socks were still patchy and damp.

Leaking after 3 years

We purchased this washer back in 2021. After only 3 years the machine started leaking. I am very disappointed at the durability of this machine. A year into the purchase the rubber surrounding the door of the machine started to grate off and pieces of the rubber got into my clothes.. The machine does not do a good job drying. Dont order from LG directly. The third party company they hire to deliver doesnt deliver on the date they said they would never contact you and never call you back. Calling LG customer service is also useless - they hung up on me when trying to give them a call back number after not transferring me to a supervisor to discuss the failings of the delivery company. Ive taken 2 days off work spent hours on the phone and hours waiting around for no delivery to occur. If you decide you want an LG rethink that decision then order it from somewhere else where they might actually deliver it

My honest review We had to have a tech come out twice. The machine does not handle big loads with the adequate amount of detergent well. Water and suds run down the machine from the dispenser. It is a young machine we do not have it even a year.

My only concern is that I am now receiving phone calls from someone who says they are from LG and wants me to sell the machine back to LG. Sounds odd and they keep calling. Item was delivered to the middle of my laundry room and not installed. They never came out and did a start up on any of my LG appliances. Washer shakes real bad on high spin have to spin on medium speed. Now the washer is squealing when it times the laundry.

Where is my Order???

I wish I could review the products I purchased. However they were NOT delivered on the day and time as promised. When I placed my order for the washer and dryer I was provided with a delivery date. I planned my life around it to be available to accept delivery. I received a text just before scheduled delivery time to say that they would have to reschedule but that they could not provide a future date. And because it was after business hours there was no-one I could speak with. I understand that things change and nobody knows what anyone else is going through. I left a devastated family funeral to be home to accept delivery. In this modern day and age there is absolutely NO excuse for such a lack of consideration of my time. I expect much MUCH more from such a distinguished and respected company such as LG.

Failed after 18 months

The machine failed after 18 months and was declared a total loss by my Lowes Protection Plan. Assurant. I have given a full refund but will now a dryer that does not match the washer as the models have changed. Moreover delivery haul-away and new hoses will be at my expense. The set is OK...

I have had the set for about a year now. This is my second front loading LG washer with matching dryer. Liked the first set better but had to leave with the sale of our home. This one has so many settings but not all work well. The best way to use it is pick the setting that works and adjust. Seems silly. Even had the tech out and he explained all the settings and verified that washer was working correctly. Same with matching dryer. The best way to dry clothes is to choose the timed dry and adjust. Just plain silly

Horrible Shipping Delivery - misinformation

Well I have no idea how the product is going to work for me because LG has screwed up the delivery so badly. I have TWO emails confirming delivery and set up for Today Monday Nov 27 and they are a no-show. I called LG and they told me Sorry for the confusion. No - there is NO CONFUSION I have emails that clearly state delivery for today. The last email confirming this delivery date came at 5:45am this morning. I took this full day off of work for this delivery. I am currently on hold with both LG and the delivery company to rectify this. I will remove this review ONLY when this problem is solved to my standards. I will also be invoicing LG for my day of lost work I make $110/hour as a Critical Care RN so time is money LG In case you havent heard American Health Care is a dumpster fire right now. Nobody can be allowed time off. Update: finally an LG person on the phone was able to confirm that it would be IMPOSSIBLE to deliver the units as promised today. A email or a phone call indicating this BEFORE I took off work would be the MINIMUM effort I would expect from a large company like LG. I will be requiring a large discount or rebate for this massive inconvenience..

Washer leaks intermittently. Called service thru Costco and service person said you cant use pods you cant wash small loads you cant wash large loads just medium loads??? Thats ridiculous Dont buy this washer its a lemon

Our washer was missing the rubber in the drain filter so water was running everywhere. Had to replace the filter. This washer is quiet. I dont like having to drain the water out the bottom. I still havent figured the cycles out. Its a little overwhelming compared to my old whirlpool washer and dryer. It has a lot of features to choose from. I just need to figure out how to use them all. I do like the look of the appliances. Overall its a great purchase.

Leaks intermittently

This washer leaks constantly but its intermittent. I finally got fed up after it leaked 3 washes in a row. Service showed up and of couse it didnt leak. The service man blamed the pods soap I was using then he blamed the size loads I was washing too small too big pods too big. This is the first time I bought this brand and its too bad because I think it washes the clothes well but the leak is unacceptable. I wish I didnt buy it.

Dangerous Washer Dont Buy

My wife and I purchased this washer a year ago. Well it literally blew up on us about 3 1/2 weeks ago. The result was a flooded laundry room some wall damage and a couple of items of clothing that were mangled inside the twisted up drum of the washer. Im not exactly sure what happened but at least we were fortunate enough that I was home at the time. The good part of this we had the extended warranty. LG finally came through following several attempts at contacting them and the extended warranty directly they sent out a technician to verify that the washer had indeed exploded. LG eventually made good by issuing us a check via mail which covered the cost plus some extra money for the damages incurred. My wife and I then chose to go to another store and purchase a different brand of washer top loading.

Have had this set 11 months. Its like a spaceship when you first get it so many strings so many things and you can control it all from your phone. Told the kids to start a load and want to make sure its getting done? Look in your app. Pause or restart a load and check if you need maintenance get tips and tricks and reminders on cleaning your filters or if your filter is dirty and the kids didnt clean it your app tells you that youre not getting your optimum dry and to clean the filter or get reminders to run your clean cycle in the washer. Its a fantastic investment and your clothes will thank you. saving water gas and energy. I love this set.

Great washer

I bought this washer a little over a month ago. It has been great and I really like the feature where I can change wash settings through the app. It gets my clothes really clean and gets stains out. The only thing Id change about this and it might not be a changeable thing in a front loader is that Id like to be able to launder my heated mattress pad which requires me to fill the drum and soak 5 minutes agitate gently 2 minutes spin cool rinse agitate 1 minute and spin again. Theres no way to program that into this machine and with all of the fancy cell phone controlled features I would think that should be an option- a build your own cycle option. Looks like Ill still have to go to the laundromat.

I bought this machine at Lowes as a floor model. I got it at a good price. So far Ive been impressed but the features and ease of use. I like the integrated app and the audio diagnostics. The speed of washing a regular load of laundry is amazing. The machine is very quiet and the ultra high spin cycle almost makes the clothing dry. The only feature I do not have is the auto dispensing detergent. I wasnt sure if it was worth the extra cost and I was wondering about how the dispensing is calibrated. I also like the app counts down the time to use the tub washing tablets. I also like the record of washing done and how much energy used. Not sure what I can do with that info but I have it. I do have an issue with the selection knob. Sometimes it hard to tell which setting the machine is on.

We purchased this after ours quit after 13 years. We were planning to have it repaired however the cost effectiveness was almost mute. I purchased a new one and very happy with washer. This model comes with wifi connection ability and very easy to operate. After a few loads my wife was happy with the results of the washer and probably will purchase a new dryer of the same set. The ability to set and forget was perfect for what we needed and save energy aswell. We hope this washer surpasses the life expectation of the old model. I will continue to purchase LQ products.

Just purchased this washer/dryer set and love them Washer is 5 cubic feet and can handle anything we put it in it. These are very efficient and quiet. Be sure you only use a tablespoon or less of detergent to avoid extra suds and damaging the tub. The washer automatically tells the dryer the best cycle to select which is cool. Got the pedestals for added height and these are perfect. Looking forward to years of reliability with these.
