Brand new dryer throwing d90 codes even with vent disconnected meaning its an obvious problem with the dryer itself. What a waste of money. Do not buy. LG support trys to tell me its my duct work but again the error persists even when the vent is unplugged meaning its a problem with the dryer itself. They are no help.

Online Date of Delivery is a LIE

Terrible Terrible service. The Date of Delivery is a LIE online. They transfer you to a third party foreign call center to set up delivery. The said they only have half in stock the next part of the combo will take 2 more months to come in I would have been better off with Lowes or Best Buy or Home Depot who does it themselves and it was only $10 more. Now its been two weeks of going back and forth with the Foreign Call Center and now come to find out they Combo bought was one peice not two. Its been sitting waiting for a Second part that doesnt exist. Now Call Center gives me back to LG Foreign Call Center to confirm its one piece then call back Call Center to reschedule a canceled installation. Why do I have to confirm MY product I bought from LG when Its LG who should be communicating to their hired third parties. LG is just the source dont waste your time. Go to the the actually Seller/Installation companies. Half the time I couldnt understand what they were saying. No one is on the same page. Having to make several calls to Foreign Call Centers has been such a pain. Ill never buy directly from LG again.

BEWARE: A NIGHTMARE

This is a warning NOT to purchase this dryer or any LG product. Our experience with LG has been a complete nightmare and our family of 6 has been WITHOUT a dryer for almost 4 months as we work through the warranty process. This has been the worst experience I have had with any product and with any company. If you are considering any LG product BEWARE A long story short we purchased this LG Wash Tower in December of 2023. After 8 months in August of 2024 the drum in the dryer started cracking and making a terrible clunking sound. We submitted a warranty claim on August 28. After 3 months and after working through 2 repair services that were basically scams- one company put duct tape on the crack and submitted the repair to LG LG finally decided to replace our faulty unit on November 25. This was after I took off 4 days of work to meet with repair companies and spent at least 30 hours of working through AI Chatbots. We have also spent our Sunday evenings over the past 4 months at laundromats. LG said they would give us a $300 reimbursement check for the laundromat but after 3 weeks the $300 check has not arrived and LG wont return our texts or calls. They eventually sent a link so the money could be directly deposited into our checking account but yes you guessed it the link did not work. For the past 4 months we have made monthly payments to Lowes for a dryer that has not worked while we are passed from AI Chatbot to AI Chatbot. There still seems to be no end in sight. A company was supposed to deliver our new LG Wash Tower but they never showed up on the delivery date. After almost 4 months we are still without a dryer. I am hoping others do not make the same mistake and purchase any LG product but especially this LG Wash Tower.

I never ever write bad reviews but I was trying to give this machine a chance. We bought it in 2021 so at first thought it was user error. This machine barely provides any water even on the heaviest setting and constantly collects the dirt and scum in the lining of the machine its actually disgusting I want problem to know how awful this is

Snagged clothing

I bought this appliance during construction. The box was intact so I kept it closed until needed. Upon opening box there was a severe dent on corner and in back. Unfortunately I am unable to return as they said I didnt open box until after 90 days. That is unacceptable

I bought this through lg because it comes with an installation. Its been 3 weeks and 4 visits with their installers and it still isnt installed properly. Lg offered a 1 time inconvenience amount after 1 week but now after 3 I plan on getting my own installers and they are not able to help more. I dont plan on ever buying lg again.

Pretty but at what cost?

After having only for a few days I will say that this set is not for people who have pets or children. The rubber lining on the inside of the washer catches and holds onto all kinds of hair and dirt... I have never had a washing machine with this kind of issue at 2000$ I am very surprised. I am cleaning the inside of the washing machine as much as I am washing clothes. I am also surprised that at 2 grand it doesnt come with water hook ups OR THE POWER CABLE FOR THE DRYER.

Bought the WKEX200HBA wash tower and professional install and the new dryer doesnt work right out of the box. Hope this is not a sign of things to come. So now have to wait another week to get the new unit and take this new unit back.

Beware prepared to receive damaged units.

Frustrated LG Buyer 9/11/2024

We ordered the LG Washtower LG Steam Closet more than 4 weeks ago and just had to reject our third delivery due to damage in shipping and handling. Hopefully the 4th time ends up being the charm and we can finally be able to receive a working new condition unit. For a long time LG consumer I cant believe the lack of engineering they put into their packaging. We have not experienced this with any past washer dryers from other manufactures nor with any of the other LG products we have in our home. All of which were delver either by traditional delivery UPS Fedex or white glove services. We hope this isnt some change in how LG operates. We are an LG family with two 2 LG OLEDs 2 LG Refrigerators we remodeled our kitchen so have both a new MAX and use or old LG as spare in the basement plus multiple LG Computer monitors for WFH Gaming. I have done product development for electronic products always worked hard even on the packaging meeting/exceeded ASTM standards. Typically our engineering teams will internally design or use at least 2 outside vendors to design and provided multiple samples for testing. It is clear packaging went thru none of this and they assumed the washer tower could be handled like any normal washer dryer. So be preprepared to go thru multiple deliveries to ensure a new clean product from LG. Heres hoping the 4th time is the Charm because there wont be a 5th.

LG Stacked Washer/Dryer Has Never Worked Properly

I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of this LG stacked washer/dryer. I bought this unit on June 29 2024 and from the start the dryer has been problematic. Despite having a service repair professional visit my home four times to address the issue the dryer remains inoperable. To make matters worse I even had a licensed electrician check the power supply and it was confirmed that the problem is not with the electrical connection. It is now August 9 2024 and my brand new dryer has not worked properly since purchase. The ongoing issues with this appliance have been incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. Given the repeated repairs and the clear evidence that the problem is not with my homes power supply I am left feeling that this product is defective. I strongly recommend considering other options if you are looking for a reliable washer/dryer unit. This experience has been far from satisfactory and has not met the quality standards I expected from LG.

Compact powerful unit

This is a compact washer dryer tower that has several useful modes and functions. The small load function on the washer and steam function on the dryer are the most notable for me- sometimes I only need to wash a few items. The steam function works wonders for removing wrinkles from clothing.

Never buying LG again

I will never buy an LG product again. Thank god I bought an extended warranty because it broke just after the one year warranty. I have been waiting a month for a fix even though the parts are ordered the certified provider couldnt come for a month because they need two technicians now my provider has canceled and I have no idea who or when I will get a repair. Also all the help lines are automated so it is impossible to talk to a human and get timely and effective help. I just want my $2000+ until that is barely older than 1 year to work Is that too much to ask LG? Apparently it is. When LG says Lifes Good they must mean for their shareholders not their customers.

Do not purchase the washer dryer tower by LG

I purchased the washer dryer tower 2 years ago with an extended warranty and the machine is already defunct. There is only 1 authorized repair person who can book once a week only so the entire process of having this repaired has taken hours of my time and many many telephone calls to receive no solution. The machine also requires an app to select air dry or various cycles which is utterly ridiculous. I do not recommend purchasing the washer/dryer tower and at this point do NOT recommend an LG product that requires an app to perform. Nor do I recommend Centricity for extended warranties.

Horrible customer service

This review is not for the product itself its for LGs abysmal customer service. I NEVER leave reviews but this experience has been so horrendous I felt compelled to warn people. If your unit arrives without issues congrats youll be fine. If your unit arrives damaged like mine did good freaking luck. Within the hour of my unit being delivered I sat on hold for an hour to report to them that my unit was damaged. Instead of helping me on the phone they sent me a chat link. I spoke with someone via chat who then sent me a link to text with someone who responded twice and then never again. They offered me $150 bucks which is ridiculous. This is an almost $2000 unit. $150 does not make up for the damage. I requested a replacement and was ignored. I called again they said they had no report of me ever calling or chatting in the first place. I did the online chat thing again to see if it would be better and go no where. I called THREE MORE TIMES and every time they told me they had no record of me ever calling. They told me to wait for a confirmation email for a replacement that NEVER came. I emailed them again. Got nothing. Called AGAIN and was told my replacement was requested and to wait for the delivery company to reach out. Gave me the delivery companies number and the delivery company said they had no unit for me on record for delivery. Then today I get an email confirming my order cancellation and have not a single clue what its even for. Single handedly the worst customer service experience Ive ever had and I STILL have no clue if Im even getting a replacement??? Just buy from somewhere else. The customer service is not worth it.

Unit was scheduled to be installed. Old working washer was uninstalled new washtower installed and was defective installers installed old washer and left. Now old washer leaks water. Called LG and they said replacement would take 7 to 10 business days now I am without a washer. Calls to customer support do not help neither do they seem interested in expediting. BEWARE of purchasing LG.

Bought the wash tower 8 months ago and already having problems with sensor. Since it is still under warranty we are having to wait on service company Sears to come repair. They were scheduled to come back out on Tuesday between 8-5 since they finally got parts in waited all day with no call no show. Notified lg of service company issues and we were rescheduled for this upcoming week shall see. We have been waiting almost a month now for parts and repair Dont think I would recommend this unit as it is way too soon to be having issues like this with a brand new machine in household of 2.

LG contracts with shoddy lying delivery companies. I am livid. Your products are completely worthless LG if you cant be bothered to contract with reliable deliverers. I spent a half hour watching a tracker tracker app as my delivery driver traveled toward my house then went to THE WRONG ADDRESS my house number on the wrong street sat there for awhile then canceled our order and went back to his warehouse when nobody answered the door. Because it was not our house. I called the delivery company and was told my unit has been sent back to the warehouse and the drivers will not turn around. I was told the driver waited at my house with no answer for 10 minutes...which was a LIE as I was sitting next to the door with the door wide open for over an hour waiting and watching. I realize LG is not in control of the delivery company but at the end of the day if they contract with a shoddy and unreputable company that cant do its job that is on LG. Shame shame on you LG. You are the absolute WORST.

I LOVE this system. The turbo wash makes it quicker to wash. The machine is not loud. It is a perfect size for my husband and I and all of the blankets we use for our two large dogs. I was disappointed when my washing machine died but now Im glad it did. The unit is so much better than my prior washer dryer

Big waste of money

Looks nice and saves space but works very poorly. Does not wash clothes properly and dont even try to add anything extra like laundry sanitizer or anything it will stop half way through the wash to throw a code up about suds.Have to wash a load of towels with the bare minimum laundry soap or this happens every time. Which you have to basically run the cycle again with NO soap at all. Constantly get the dryer lint code when drying clothes even though we clean the lint screen after every use. Just a big waste of money. Havent even had this set a year and already looking into replacing it with a different brand.

Space-saver and best laundry results ever

We purchased this stacked washer dryer unit to replace the late 90s separate washer and dryer units in our laundry room as part of an over hall and remodeling project. Moving to a stacked washer dryer unit allowed us to free up much more cabinet and counter space for our laundry room. Our WKEX200HBA stacked washer dryer unit is infinitely more efficient than the units we were replacing and does a much better job at thoroughly cleaning and drying our clothes. We have a household of four and a lot of different types of laundry to be done the WKEX200HBA handles everything we throw at it easily no matter how dirty. With a multitude of temperature and care settings available we know that every type of clothing is well cared for. Additionally we do appreciate the Wi-Fi enabled functions as well particularly the notifications when loads are done especially handy when you have teenagers in the house who start laundry and then promptly forget about it. we would highly recommend the WKEX200HBA to anyone looking for a new washer and dryer.

Ive owned this stacker for 2 years now. Clothes wash great but typically come out of the dryer damp. I have never been able to connect the stacker to the app so I am limited to the cycles pre-programmed on the stacker. My washer WiFi touch button does not work and the volume function on the washer no longer works not sure but I believe half the touch panel no longer works. I can pick my pre-programmed cycle and thats it.
