Then I discovered that LG is the most reliable refrigerator brand on the market. I junked the Frigidaire and bought a new LG. It is practically silent and works like a charm. I could not be happier

Delivery service RXO poor. Product delivered 10/14 11 days later then expected. Delivery people claimed they couldnt reverse the doors. Dispatcher said they would schedule this service. Service was never scheduled. I reversed the doors my self. Poor customer service.

I was in need of a part that did not come with my ice maker and it was a several hour chat mostly waiting on the customer service rep. I understand they take multiple calls at a time but after over an hour in the chat with them they finally understood what part I needed I dont think there is much training involved and having someone from another country trying to communicate with me was frustrating.

Unfortunately I have to give this review a very poor rating. The reason is as follows: I purchased this on Aug. 12 2024. It was delivered a week later August 19th. All initial operational instructions were followed. The refrigator never worked from day one. I placed a call into LG customer service that they put a call into an appliance repair shop. They told me it was the compressor which would have to be ordered. From my understanding it was ordered and currently awaiting an appointment date for their technician. In the mean time I am currently storing my food and medications in my neighbors refgrigator. I am hoping to win this $500.00 to repay my neighbor for their inconveince.

I bought this refrigerator with delivery for my elderly mother and was really excited for her to get a brand new refrigerator. However the refrigerator was lost in transit by LG and LG refuses to ship a new refrigerator offer any sort of refund or help in any way with the issue. I have been contacting LG customer support for a week and just get sent in endless circles with no resolution. In short I have spent $700 for absolutely nothing.

I bought this a month ago and it hasnt worked for one moment. Ive been told by tech support over 4-5 times that they will send a tech and then they proceed to never contact me. LG has made my first new fridge experience a nightmare. I cannot believe a company would lack so much empathy for someone that paid them $700 and they could care less that we lost all our food and now are living out of our neighbors fridge. Wiping interior down/doors. Shelving is spacious for those bells and whistles. I also purchased the ice cube/freezer kit since I live in the desert in the middle of summer. Easy setup. Poor workmen ship on the plastic for the shelfing.

I bought this two years ago and only used it approximately 8 months. Very dissapointed in the self. The plastic broke on the side and fell. I hardly had anything on it. The other self has a crack on it. I called customer service and they couldnt help with the warranty because it had expired.

Upon receiving it the fridge worked great. We were out of town for a couple weeks and came back to a lukewarm fridge. I called LG and they got an appointment to fix it. It took a week but the tech who fixed our fridge was communicative and prompt. We are just glad to have a working fridge for the first time in a month.

We plugged this refrigerator in when it arrived and it cooled immediately. The best part is how quiet it is when running. We have to put our hand on the side to feel it running because it is sooo quiet. Very happy

LG Fridge sucks

This is the 2nd time the fridge has broken down The worst part is waiting for a technician to come out and fix it. I have been waiting since 6/22 I call and send messages everyday and still no response I have left several messages for the technician himself and I never get a call back. My food has rotted while waiting for help This is very bad service and I will never buy anything else from LG ever again. Even mgmt doesnt respond to my calls. I am a disabled senior living on a fixed income and I cant afford to keep buying new food just so it can rot. The fridge and freezer are not staying cold enough. Please have someone come out asap

Looks good - Very Quiet - Keeps things cold

So far so good We had our old refrigerator for 29 years so I was hesitant when buying a new one because of all the reviews the new models had. But LG had a sale and it was good enough for me to take a chance. The delivery from Home Depot went very well. There was a week delay in getting the refrigerator but I was given a nice discount to compensate for that. The refrigerator looks great. Its very quiet. The only problem and its not really a problem is that the freezer was TOO cold. We had to move the setting down to the lowest 1. We keep thermometers in both our freezer and refrigerator to make sure their cooling properly.

I was happy with my refrigerator up until the first year anniversary. Four days after that it started making g a loud noise and then the noise ended. When I checked the freezer and refrigerator temperature they were running too high and not keeping cold enough. I called LG and they told me my warranty was 5 years. They sent a technician out and he determined that the fan was broken and unfortunately that part was not covered under the warranty. So after only 1 year and 4 days I had to pay $265 on a repair. I was not happy. I expected better from an LG product.
