I bought this dryer on October 31st after our old dryer broke. It was installed in our home in November. We use it every day and just love so much about it. It looks beautiful and matches our LG Washing Machine. It works great and has so many setting options. It is a Smart product so we are always saving on our gas bill. The dryer capacity is huge at 7.3 cubic and can easily take on large bulky comforters and heavy loads. It is very efficient on small and medium loads as well. It is a great peace of mind knowing we bought a brand that is dependable quiet and works efficiently. LG is a brand we trust

Dryer seems to take a great deal of time to dry the clothes. It seems more logical to me that when the machine is drying the Dry LED should be a solid illuminated instead of a blinking light. Also when using manual dry it would be nice to have a timer showing time remaining for the selected cycle.

We bought this gas dryer from Home Depot. This is our third gas dryer and its a major disappointment. We frequently have to run the clothes through a second cycle to get them completely dry. Never had that problem before. Called Home Depot and a Sears technician came out. He said nothing was wrong. He suggested a part be replaced and we should order from LG. We called LG and were told the tech needed to order the part Its been over a week and we havent heard from anyone. We give LG and Sears repair 5 stars and 2 thumbs up for Customer NO SERVICE

Sorry I cannot write a review. I am still waiting to take delivery. I bought the dryer in early August on the delivery date received a call that it would be 2 weeks later. When that date arrived which is today I received a call that it would be 2 weeks later again. Can you tell me why as a curtesy the buyer cannot be notified the day before? If not the buyer should be reimbursed for lost wages for taking day off for delivery. As a result of the poor delivery service I doubt if I will ever purchase an LG product again. I currently have an LG washer.

I didnt get my knob on my dryer when purchased the dryer. I was promised and then told was out of stock being discontinued. The company you sent out to me wanted to charged me for the knob over $187 for labor for doing nothing. I was furious because this was a new dryer plus warranty. Also he never looked at the dryer or codes showing there was a problem with not heating the clothes that werent drying I had to get someone else to fix it.

I bought this dryer less than a year ago. About a month ago it stopped drying clothes. I contacted Customer Services and since then I have been given the run around. Ten days ago an Engineer came out to look at it. He said he needed to order a part. Since then I am still waiting for a date when it will be fixed. Its most inconvenient not having a dryer. My laundry is piling up. There is a limit to how much I can hang out on the deck. It is against the rules of the housing association.

We were disappointed that the new LG gas dryer did not have capabilities to vent out the right side of the dryer. We did not learn that until the dryer was delivered and uncrated by Home Depots installation contractors and we read the owners manual. They installed it with an unsatisfactory rear vent connection to our previous ducting. I age 92 worked two days with various elbows and clamps to make the connection suitable. And it makes the dryer sit out further into the room. I would be nice if the dryer was designed so it could be vented out either side or the back. Otherwise it seems to be working fine.

Recently purchased a couple of weeks ago and still learning controls for what works for each load. Seems overall to dry most clothes on medium setting but socks need extra dry time. Towels also need extra dry time. We changed the door hinges from left front to right front to accommodate our laundry area.

After 38 years and a flooded basement that left it under water our old dryer finally died. It did a good job until the very end. We chose this LG dryer primarily because of its high score from Consumer Reports but it simply does not meet our expectations. The first unit had to be replaced because the burner never lit and while the replacement worked as it should the results were never consistent. The sensor dry function either left part of the load damp or dried everything to a crisp. Even after customer service advised sorting loads to keep heavy items like towels and lighter fabrics into separate batches the outcomes varied and many more things needed ironing. The inconvenience of all the prep work led to asking the vendor to replace this dryer with another brand.

We bought this 3 weeks ago and didnt get it to run. We had a handyman come out here twice the machine never heat up. We contacted LG customer support and explained what was going on they stopped responding in the chat and their live support was more worried about getting us off the phone than actually trying to help us get an LG tech to come. We decided to take this back to the store we bought it from.

I cannot actually write a review about how well this dryer works as it has NOT WORKED ONE DAY SINCE I BOUGHT IT Despite 4 service calls over 6-7 weeks I still do not have a dryer LG customer service is the absolute worst I have dealt with in my 60 years. I bought and paid for a brand new dryer and if by chance they ever get it to start working I will have paid full price for a refurbished product.
