Terrible design

This cutlery basket is awful. It falls over. Falls off when you push the tray in, the third or top rack is not a convenient substitute for a traditional basket. The basket actually is more stable when affixed to the part of the rack that runs side to side across the front.
I so regret purchasing this dishwasher. My original Bosch dishwasher was still working and was much much better design for load dishes. This thing is a joke and is a common source of debate I. Our household--along the lines of what in the world were they thinking and who's school project was this design. The whole interior needs a remodel. I'm very very disappointed. And only one basket?! Come on!
