Poor quality control. Expected quieter motor.

I'm a remodeling contractor, and was disappointed with this unit. First of all, the air flow direction was mislableled on the housing, so my electrician and I lost several hours after installing the motor and relalizing it blew air through the downdraft, instead of exhausting it. We had to disassemble all the ducting and wiring, reverse the motor, and reinstall it so it would exhaust properly. I imagine this is a simple quality control error, as the sticker on the housing must have been put on backwards. Should't happen.
The other gripe I have with this motor is that even though I installed it with rubber mounts on unistrut, and the ductwork was interrupted with flex duct, it still creates so much vibration that you feel it in the floor below.
For the price, I expected the flow direction to be indicated properly, but most importantly, I expected a much smoother, quiter, vibration free motor. If you manually spin the fan you can see that it is wobbly out of the box.
