My old refrigerator started letting me know that I needed a replacement. The reviews on line and YouTube helped me to make the decision. Frigidaire is the way to go. I'm tired of appliances loaded with all kinds of technology and electronics. Seems like they are always breaking and flashing little lights here and there to let you know something is wrong and that you need to call a super technician to repair it. This one is simple, seems to be working fine, i added the ice maker and installed myself. It is what we needed, and we got it and we are happy. What else can I say.

Its impossible to review an appliance you've had for one week. I will say I miss the butter compartment in the door. Other than that, it has worked for the entire week.

We are very pleased with our purchase so far. We had another Frigidaire model that only lasted 6 1/2 years, which was disappointing. We are hoping this one will last much longer. The space in both the refrigerator and freezer sections is nice. I really like the full width deli drawer and the humidity adjustments on the fruit and veggie drawers.

Our other refrigerator died after 10 years. The Frigidaire series was recommended to us by the independent tech who came to look at our old Kenmore. It was a good recommendation. So we are very happy with the new Frigidaire refrigerator.

Works well in our garage in Phoenix. Nice and big but only 30™ wide. Took some multiple tweaks of the freezer-to-refrig air flow control to get both temps as desired; tended to over cool refrigerator section.

This model has a very poor design! The shelves on the door are very large. Therefore the seal pulls away from the fridge and will not seal closed. Frigidaire also has very poor customer service! The Tech has been to my house 3x and can not repair the seal. He told me to request a replacement through the warranty. I have called 4 times in two days and get put on hold and transferred around for more than an hour each time. Finally to be told they will not replace it and want to send another tech out to repair it!!!!!! I will never buy another Frigidaire appliance again! VERY DISSAPOINTED CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stopped cooling after 9 months. Apparently, the defrost timer stopped working which meant it would never come out of defrost mode. Scheduled service call through website. The earliest appointment was 2 weeks later so I took that. Received an email that the service was to be done by SEARS Home Service. I took off work to be home that day but they never showed. I really don't enjoy giving bad reviews to any business, so I called Frigidaire customer support to see what they could do to rectify the situation. The person I spoke with was pleasant but could do nothing more than offer to reschedule the appointment. I asked to talk to a supervisor, was put on hold for about half an hour and was then disconnected. For the nine months that it worked, it did everything we wanted it to do, although (as others have also noted) each of the doors tend to pop open slightly when you close the other door. This was the first time I had bought a Frigidaire product and, based on this experience, it will probably be the last.

My refrigerator was delivered, and put into place. I had to clean the floor under the old one because I was not able to move the old refrigerator out from the wall, nor can I move the new one out from the wall. The front "brake" and supports were not adjusted. The delivery men did not ask me if I would like them to adjust the shelves. I tried and I can't do that either. And this has caused a big space usage issue. When a refrigerator is delivered, the shelves should be put in properly for sensible use. The cold cuts drawer is directly on top of the bottom shelf which renders the bottom shelf useless.This is not what one expects from Lowe's or Frigidaire. I like the refrigerator but not so much space being rendered useless. In the past I have tried to move a shelf in my old Frigidaire refrigerator and it didn't work out well. I had to support one end of the shelf with a carton to hold it up because of the difficulty of moving the shelf and the part that goes into the refrigerator body somehow got bent and wouldn't stay in the hole. I am a little woman and not strong enough to cause a lot of damage so I think some engineer should figure out how to make a better solution. Or ship the refrigerators with shelves placed so the space can be properly used!Thank you for suggesting any solution to my problem!

Purchased this refrigerator brand new and had it delivered to us on December 1st 2024, by December 18th I had a repair man at our house because the entire fridge was at room temperature. My children and I lost over $500 worth of food and had to wait 14 DAYS with no refrigerator during Christmas because Frigidaire has zero sympathy and does not stand behind their products.I called customer service to speak about reimbursement for all of our lost product and was only told that I would HAVE TO BUY additional warranty coverage for my BRAND NEW refrigerator. They would not cover the cost of their faulty craftsmanship. Fast forward to February 17th 2025, this is the second visit for a repair service because the freezer COMPLETELY thawed everything and fridge was in the upper 40's, also with an overwhelming chemical smell coming from inside the unit, and AGAIN I lost $400 worth of food. I spent over 3 hours on the phone with multiple representatives for them to argue with me that I was not entitled to any type of reimbursement. March 27th 2025, THIRD REPAIR. This time the fridge is freezing EVERYTHING and it's set on nearly the lowest setting possible. It reaches temps as low as 23° and the only thing safe in the fridge is the contents in the door shelving. I am currently waiting for the repair place to call when they get the part in to repair this nightmare refrigerator once again. The repair man told me that he has literally replaced EVERYTHING inside the fridge at this point. Countless hours on the phone with customer service at Frigidaire with ZERO resolution. I am told I have to have 3 major repairs on the fridge before they will replace it, THIS IS THE THIRD REPAIR!!!This entire purchase has been a nightmare and I can't begin to explain the amount of stress I've experienced over a REFRIGERATOR. For the remainder of my years, I will STRONGLY advise anyone I can AGAINST going Frigidaire. The way I've been treated with this whole situation should be criminal and I'm absolutely ashamed of your company and your standards. This refrigerator works perfectly, fit perfectly in our space and has a lot of room. The shelves are sturdy and feel much more secure than our previous refrigerator. I especially love that the shelf in the freezer is adjustable to make more space. That is a nice feature/

I needed a simple refrigerator. Top freezer with ice maker optional. Good depth on door compartments. Only downside is how low you have to reach in to Frig and noisy when running through cycles. Otherwise would have Bern 5 stars.

I had the misfortune of having my old GE refrigerator suddenly stop working on a Thursday evening. The next day I went to my local appliance store and started shopping. I was constrained by height so this model was one of a few I had to choose from. I do love the style and look. I added an ice maker and at first was concerned it was up to the task, but all is good now. I will say that for an older person, it can be a tad challenging to bend down and access the fruit and vegetable drawers. Otherwise, I™™m very happy with this model. It ultimately will become a secondary refrigerator for my garage after I complete some remodeling, but for now it™™s just right.

Unit lasted less than 6 months and was hardly used in a vacation home. Bought in Florida - Have seen people with the same exact problems with this unit - just will stop working entirely after 6 months. When calling for service they try to sell you an even longer $165 extended maintenance on this pc of garbage. Then on too of it the CS agents tried to book a repair shop over several hours away from where it is and lied to us on the phone.
