The refrig quality is very good, and the lighting and freezer are great, but the refrigerator area is very low, and it is difficult to reach into the very ample back of it. Delivery and installation was perfect, very responsive phone connection.

Good interior space (refrigerator & freezer) for its size. Would be better if vented in the front vs the rear, as rear venting requires a 3" gap on the sides and top for air circulation which can be problematic for small spaces, for which this unit was designed(?) to be used.

I have a small kitchen and this fridge fits perfectly in my space. It is compact, pretty, and just what I need. It cools and freezes well. I don™™t recommend making the temperature colder (and neither does the company) because ice freezes over the vent, which makes the fridge cold. We had to call repair and they said the same thing. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars.

Worked great up until 2 months ago when I noticed it was running louder than usual.Came in the other day and everything in the fridge & freezer had spoiled; completely warm inside and not cooling at all. Great fridge that fits in small areas. I love the stainless steel look. The handles are easy to open and close the refrigerator. The only thing I would like to see is maybe a butter dish on the inside rack. Keeps the food very cold even at the medium setting.

I like everything about the refrigerator, except it is noisy. No, not the compressor motor, but the gurgling sound I hear when the compressor shuts off. It™™s something between a snapping and crackling sound and water dripping through a pipe. I contacted the dealership, they said it™™s normal, so I am resigned to making friends with the noise. We have long conversations in the middle of the night (although I tend to get a bit profane).

Missing parts and terrible support

I went through the process of flipping the door to hinge the other way. The alternate bottom hinge was supplied but not the top and the directions implied the top could just flip, but it is soldered like the bottom hinge. After hours on the phone I bought the whole hinge package at $145. It has been over a month and no part has arrived. The service people were clueless. Wouldn™™t buy this brand again as a result.
